This vintage collage workshop is a process workshop to inspire you to use what you have to create beautiful, intuitive work that celebrates historical textiles as well as your unique style. This collage book format is perfect for the beginner and can be layered with story for more advanced sewists. 

Materials

- Linen or canvas for book base fabric
- Assortment of vintage items
- Embroidered linens
- Doilies
- Lace
- Buttons
- Embellishments, ribbons etc
- Scissors, rotary cutter and mat
- Iron
- Misty Fuse or other fusible web and teflon sheet Bonus Misty Fuse Tutorial
- Threads for machine and embroidery stitching such as floss, perle cotton
- Sewing needles and/or sewing machine

Liz adores fabric, stitching and mixing up her media with whatever is close at hand. Liz has been teaching since 2006 when her first book was published. Her classes are designed to have fun, be experimental and make a delicious mess while unearthing your unique artistic voice. In addition to having written multiple books and magazine articles, Liz is the creator of the Stitch Meditation® Process. This process brings together mindfulness and creative experience in a daily practice that reduces stress, relaxes the body and engages the right brain. Her newest endeavor is Wilding Creativity, a podcast about living a creative life.
