“Product” refers to any offering made available by the Company, including but not limited to online courses, digital content, live or scheduled events, workshops, and subscription-based memberships.
Any use or access by anyone under the age of 16 is prohibited unless permitted by the laws of Your country of residence, and certain regions and/or Products may have additional requirements and/or restrictions.Â
All rights not expressly granted to You under these Terms are reserved to the Company.Â
SERVICES/PRODUCTS
The Website allows You to purchase an online-course (Product) for a fee. We may at Our sole discretion engage third party service providers from time to time to provide certain Services.
Each Product purchase grants access to a single user only. Your purchase is intended for individual use and may not be shared, distributed, or used by multiple individuals, whether within a household, group, or organization, unless expressly authorized by the Company in writing.
Please acknowledge that the Products we provide You with for a fee paid through Our Website constitute Our intellectual property and may not be exploited in any way prohibited by these Terms.
Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the product as offered by the Company.
Certain Products, including live or scheduled events such as Making Zen, may include time-limited access to content. Free or standard access may be available only for a specified period (for example, 24 hours per session), as communicated at the time of registration. Upgraded access (such as VIP access) may include extended or ongoing access to event content, as described at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any Product, including live events, workshops, or scheduled content, as well as to change presenters, content, or availability at any time at our sole discretion. Availability of specific sessions or materials is not guaranteed and may change without notice. We shall not be liable for any delay, disruption, or cancellation resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical issues, platform outages, presenter availability, or other unforeseen events.
Certain Products may also be made available through subscription-based Memberships, which are subject to additional terms outlined below.

Our Products may include content, workshops, or presentations provided by independent third-party contributors, including artists and instructors. The views, opinions, and techniques expressed in such content are those of the individual contributors and do not necessarily reflect those of the Company.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any third-party content and are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from your use of or reliance on such content.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
The Company makes no guarantees regarding the results, outcomes, or benefits you may obtain from participating in any Product, including workshops, tutorials, or presentations. Creative results will vary based on individual skill level, experience, materials, and effort. You acknowledge that any application of techniques or information provided through the Product is done at your own discretion and risk.
LICENSE
Subject to these Terms and Our policies, We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Our Services/Products. You may use Our Product(s) only for Your personal, non-commercial use, unless You obtain Our written permission to otherwise use the Product(s). You also agree that You will access, and/or use only one User Account, unless expressly permitted by Us, and You will not share access to Your User Account or access information for Your Account with any third party. Using our Services/Product(s) does not give you the ownership of or any intellectual property rights in Our Services or the Product(s) you access for a fee paid through Our Website.Â

By using our Website and Services, you acknowledge and agree that your information may be collected, processed, and stored through third-party service providers that we use to operate our business, including but not limited to payment processors, email marketing platforms, and website hosting providers.

However, We will not be liable or in any way responsible for Your own technical issues, internet speed and other related to Your access/device/location matters and We reserve the right to solely determine whether such difficulty exists on Our side.Â
We aim to respond to support inquiries within a reasonable timeframe; however, response times may vary, particularly during live events or high-volume periods. We do not guarantee immediate responses or real-time support.
DISCLAIMER
The information on this Website is provided on an “AS IS” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company: (i) excludes all representations and warranties relating to this Website and its content or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this Website and/or the Company’s Products; (ii) excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with Your use of this Website. FEES
Purchasing a Product:Â
We offer paid Product(s) for a fee. You are responsible for paying all fees charged by Us and applicable taxes in a timely manner with a payment mechanism associated with the applicable paid Product(s). When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. We reserve the right to disable access to any Product for which we have not received adequate payment. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). You are solely responsible for any sales, value added, withholding or similar taxes that apply to Your purchase, whether domestic or foreign.Â
If your local currency differs, the applicable exchange rate will be determined by your payment provider at the time of purchase. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or other charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.
You can purchase Our Product(s) via credit card or PayPal: If You choose to pay by credit card You authorize Us to charge Your credit card or bank account for an amount of Product’s applicable fee. If You choose to proceed with a purchase via PayPal, You further authorize Us to use a third party to process payments.Â
By purchasing any Product through Our Website, You hereby consent and agree to abide by such third-party Internet payment service providers’ customer terms and conditions, and privacy policies, and understand that we have no control whatsoever on such customer terms and conditions, and privacy policies. IF You DO NOT AGREE to such third-party Internet payment service providers’ customer terms and conditions or privacy policies, DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT. This is Your sole responsibility to find, read and understand any third party policies.Â
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services and to recover any outstanding amounts owed, including any fees incurred as a result of the dispute. Â
MEMBERSHIPS
We may offer subscription-based Products (“Memberships”), which provide access to certain content, including past or archived materials from Making Zen, for the duration of an active subscription.
Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually) unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. By purchasing a Membership, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable fees.
You may cancel your Membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected] prior to your next billing date. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle, after which access to Membership content will be removed.
Access to Membership content, including past Making Zen materials, is provided only while your Membership is active and does not constitute lifetime access unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to modify, replace, or remove any Membership content, including past event materials, at any time.
We may offer free trial periods for certain Memberships. Unless cancelled prior to the end of the trial period, your Membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable fee. No refunds will be provided for charges incurred after a trial period ends.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our Products, including instant access to content and materials created by multiple contributors, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. This applies regardless of participation level, extent of use, or whether any live or scheduled sessions are attended or missed.
This includes all subscription-based Memberships. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods or unused time following cancellation.
CUSTOMER RESTRICTIONS
As a Customer, You agree not to:Â
Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security related features of the Website;Â
Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in Our opinion, Website and/or the Service;Â
Use the Product in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations;Â

USER CONTENT AND CONDUCT
In case Our Services enable You to share your content ("User Content"), You retain all intellectual property rights in, and are responsible for, the User Content You create and share. However, by submitting User Content you grant other Users and Company the right to share Your User Content via any social media platform.Â

You may share images or descriptions of your completed projects created through our Products for personal, non-commercial purposes, including on social media. However, you may not share, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the instructional process, including tutorials, demonstrations, patterns, or step-by-step content, whether in full or in part, without our prior written consent.
TERM AND TERMINATION
The Company may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website, Services and/or Product(s) at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.Â
You can stop using our Services at any time. You may delete your User Account by Website features or notifying Us at zen@zenstitching.ca. When you decide to delete Your User Account, We will delete Your data, although this may not take place immediately.Â
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Company and its affiliates, and their respective licensors and Service Providers, and all officers, directors, owners, agents, or licensors of any of the foregoing (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities and costs, including reasonable Attorney’ fees, sustained by any of the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of Your use of Our Website or Product(s), or any breach by You f these Terms. Under no circumstances shall We be liable for any
amount exceeding the fee paid for the Services/Product(s) ordered.Â

We reserve the right to revise the Terms at our sole discretion at any time. Any revisions to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting by Us. For any material changes to the Terms, we will take reasonable steps to notify you of such changes, via a banner on the website, email notification, another method, or combination of methods. SEVERABILITY

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nova Scotia, including the courts of Truro, Nova Scotia.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The Terms constitute the sole and entire agreement between You and Us regarding this Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Services/Product(s)/Website.Â
