- 2 pieces of 100% cotton fabric (6.5'' x 6.5'' / 16 x 16 cm) Recommended: Kona Cotton (light blue) or cotton/linen blend
- 4’’ (10 cm) wooden embroidery hoop
- Small sharp scissors
- DMC 973, 741 + metallics DMC Diamant Grande G3821
- Embroidery needles set #3–#9
- Heat-erasable pens (e.g., Pilot Frixion Pen)
